Project 1 Entertaining Courtyard

This Project was shortlisted and then awarded Bronze in the Garden Designer of the Year category in the national Association of Professional Landscapers Awards (March 2019)

This fantastic entertaining space looking out onto open fields started life as a muddy patch of land behind an old cowshed. Part of a larger project, the clients wanted a space that they could use literally all year round and in almost any weather, so light, shelter and heat were key elements of the design as were stylish but low maintenance planting to keep it looking good whatever the time of year.

The materials used all meet this brief – porcelain paving, composite decking and a very special all weather pergola from Renson with light, heat and a sound system.

It’s proved to be a great place for the clients to relax with their family and friends!
